Energy therapy is a truly holistic way of working with who we are as humans. Rather than focusing on one dimension of our experience, it holds all of it together: the sensations in our body, our thoughts, our emotions, our memories, our beliefs. And it works from a deep recognition that our body, brain, and nervous system are intelligent. They are not problems to be managed. Instead they are guides to enable healing of whatever is impacting us.
My approach draws on relational neuroscience, practices within the developing field of Energy Therapy and ancient wisdom traditions. It brings them together in a way that can go deep without requiring you to talk through everything that has happened or is happening. Sometimes the most profound shifts happen in silence and sometimes through the words that come when sharing our reflections or what has happened during a session.
Within my practice, energy therapy includes three distinct approaches. Emotional Freedom Technique works with acupressure points on the body to release what is held there. Emergent Constellations works within the energy field we all exist in and move through constantly, untangling the places where we have become caught up with family, relationships, money, fear, or any of the forces that shape a life. And intuitive energy healing draws on whatever resources are available, whether that is ancestral wisdom, soul-level knowing, or the images and impressions that arise through the session itself.

Most therapy asks you to talk about what isn't right in your life, your relationships, your work, your family and your patterns. The focus is often on explaining, analysing, and revisiting the past. It can be incredibly painful and dysregulating. For some people this can work really well. For many people, despite talking and talking they are still stuck. You already understand your patterns intellectually, but you still find yourself doing the same things, feeling the same feelings, living in the same loops. That's where my work begins.
I use energy therapy and emergent constellations - approaches that work below the talking layer. We're not digging through your history or trying to find the right words for something that might not have words yet. Instead, we meet you exactly where you are and we let your system show us what wants to be seen. We listen to your body, your thoughts, your imagination and we trust what comes up.
What I notice is that people often arrive having tried many things - therapy, coaching, self-help, meditation. They're self-aware, they're willing, they've done the work and they're still stuck. They’ve tried really hard but it’s not enough because healing needs to happen at a deeper level, not just in the mind.
My work is also shaped by how I live. I don't offer transformation from a distance. I'm in it myself, navigating capacity and limitation, choosing authenticity over obligation, finding what ease actually feels like rather than just talking about it. This is important to me. I want to offer what I actually know, not just what I've studied.
Sessions are gentle, curious, and often surprising. They can be creative and fun as well as sacred and profound. People tell me they didn't expect it to feel so spacious and safe.

There are no guarantees with any therapy, and I will never pretend otherwise. What I can tell you is that in my experience, energy therapy works more quickly and more deeply than traditional talking therapy for most people.
Your body will tell you if working with me is right for you - not intellectually but in your gut, your heart, your spirit. Something in you will either feel a Yes or it won't, and I honour both completely. That is why I offer a free 20 minute conversation before anyone commits to a session. It is not a sales call. It is a chance for you to feel whether this is right for you.
The way I work won’t work for people who:
want a checklist, a clear six-step plan, and a fixed endpoint where everything is sorted.
believe healing is something with an end-point. Healing is a lifelong journey that we move in and out of in a way that is right for us.
think they are paying for my time. When people work with me they are paying for the profound impact this work has on their life - the joy, peace, connection, ease, freedom, authenticity, and whatever it is they are moving toward.

The issues people bring to sessions vary enormously, but there are some common threads. Many clients arrive feeling stuck in patterns they understand intellectually but cannot seem to shift. They have done the therapy, read the books, developed real self-awareness, and still find themselves responding in the same old ways, in relationships, in work, in how they feel about themselves.
Energy therapy works well with anxiety, stress, and overwhelm, with grief and loss, with relationship difficulties, with the experience of family patterns that seem to repeat across generations, with chronic feelings of not-enoughness or too-muchness, with transitions and life changes that feel harder than they should, and with the sense of living smaller than you know you are capable of.
It also works with the body. Physical tension, chronic pain, and the somatic expression of emotional experiences are all within the scope of this work, because the body and the nervous system are always part of what we are working with.
Many of my clients are women and non-binary individuals navigating significant life transitions, whether that is becoming a parent, leaving a relationship, moving through menopause, stepping away from a career that no longer fits, or simply the long, slow process of returning to themselves after years of living for everyone else. I also work with men.
For horses and their humans, the work addresses the relational dynamics between them, supporting deeper understanding and connection within the partnership. I work with horses facing behavioural and mood challenges that arise when injury forces a period of stabling, with specific difficulties such as body imbalances during schooling, loading and unloading for travel, settling into a new yard, and with the emotional dimensions of illness, injury, and end-of-life transition, for the horse and for the human alongside them.
If you are carrying something and you are not sure whether it fits, the honest answer is: it probably does.

I have been working with clients since 2014, supporting hundreds of people across the UK and internationally through energy therapy, coaching, and healing work. Across thousands of sessions, what I have learned from that breadth of experience shapes every session I offer now.
My professional training includes a Transformational Coaching Certification through the Holistic MBA with Carey Peters and Stacey Morgenstern, EFT Practitioner Certification through AAMET International, Emergent Constellations Facilitator Certification with Sarah Peyton, and Ancestral Resource Mapping with Yulia Kriskovec. I also bring in Emotion Code and self-taught animal communication, both developed through years of deepening my practice.
Alongside formal training, I am the founder of Yes Parenting, a philosophy I developed out of lived necessity when I recognised that conventional parenting simply wasn't going to work for my neurodivergent boys and me. That work led to a public conversation I never quite expected: Women's Hour, The Jeremy Vine Show, ITV's This Morning, Good Morning Britain, The Lorraine Show, and Sunrise in Australia. I have been featured in The Guardian, The Daily Mail, and various other publications, and I have delivered keynote speaking for Warwick University and training at London Business School.
I write regularly on Substack, with a substantial back catalogue that is becoming a book later this year.
My equine energy healing and communication work began informally in 2018 and has been offered to paying clients since 2026. It is one of the areas of my work I am most excited to continue expanding.
-
Most of my one-to-one work is online however, I am happy to do in-person sessions and I will discuss this with my client if it is important to them.
Equine sessions are typically in person but can happen remotely depending on the issue we are working with.
-
Most sessions happen online via Google Meet, which means you can join from wherever feels most comfortable for you. Equine sessions happen in person at the horse's home: their stable, field, or yard. While I can and do work with people in person, online is how most of my human-to-human work takes place.
Sessions typically run between 45 minutes and an hour, though the work shapes the timing. When the energy work is complete, we know because there's a natural settling that happens, and we follow that rather than the clock.
We begin by landing in the session together and noticing what you're carrying in from the day. I'll ask something like "what's alive for you today?" and we'll have a brief conversation before I ask what you specifically want to explore. Sometimes clients arrive with something clear, and sometimes they don't, which is completely fine. We might also be continuing work from a previous session and picking up where things left off.
From there we get clear on what feels stuck and what might open up if it shifts, and then we move through whatever energy therapy modalities feel right for you in that moment. I might ask small questions along the way, noticing body sensations, images, or memories that arise. I hold the time, the space, and the safety of the session throughout.
What people experience varies, but emotional or physical releases are common: tears, laughter, yawning, deep sighs. By the end, clients almost always feel calm, steady, and peaceful, often with a sense of hope or spaciousness. In the 24 to 48 hours that follow, things continue to integrate and then settle.

Within one-to-one sessions with humans, touch is sometimes part of the work and sometimes not at all. It is never an essential part of the work - all of my work can be done without touch. When it does occur, it is always preceded by clear conversation and consent, and that consent is checked in with throughout the session. You are always in control of what happens with your body, and nothing happens without your explicit agreement.
With equine sessions, there is typically some touch with the horse, with their consent, which I attend to carefully. In general horses seem to absolutely love being worked with in this way and often say Yes to touch, especially once they have connected with me. Touch with the horse's human is rarely needed and follows the same approach as in human sessions.

In over a decade of practice, there is very little I have not been willing to work with, and very little that has not responded to the way I work. I hold everything that arises in sessions in strict confidence. The only exceptions to confidentiality are where there is risk of harm to yourself or others, or where something illegal comes to light. In those circumstances I have a duty to act, and I would always communicate clearly about that.
There are no age restrictions on this work. I work with children as well as adults, always in close communication with a parent or primary caregiver. Sessions with children can happen through direct work with the parent or caregiver rather than the child directly, and parental or guardian consent is always required.
If you are currently working with another therapist, I would ask that you speak with them before adding this work alongside. I am very happy to work in parallel with other therapeutic relationships, and I always want to honour and respect what is already in place.
There may occasionally be situations where I recommend an alternative provider, and I will always be honest with you if that is the case.
One thing worth knowing: I work in a flexible way that allows me to live a life in which I thrive. On occasion I may need to reschedule a session or take a period of extended rest, typically two to four weeks. Existing clients hear from me directly when this happens, and new clients can see my current availability through my online scheduling.

My work draws on several distinct traditions and bodies of knowledge, woven together rather than applied separately.
Emotional Freedom Technique was developed by Gary Craig, drawing on ancient Chinese medicine and the meridian system, the understanding that energy moves through the body along specific pathways and that disruption to that flow shows up as emotional or physical distress. Craig's work with PTSD and veterans was instrumental in demonstrating how powerfully this approach can shift what other methods had not been able to reach. Tapping on acupressure points while holding a thought, feeling, or memory in mind allows the nervous system to process and release what has been held.
Emergent Constellations draws on the systemic constellation work pioneered by Bert Hellinger and developed significantly by Sarah Peyton, whose work integrates interpersonal neurobiology and the science of how our nervous systems respond to relationships. It recognises that we exist within fields of connection, with family, with community, with the broader forces that shape a life, and that what feels stuck in us is often held within those relational fields rather than within us alone.
Emotion Code is a process developed by Bradley Nelson, rooted in the understanding that trapped emotions held in the body can be identified and released, drawing on ancient knowledge of energy fields and the body's own intelligence.
Intuitive energy healing draws on a broader understanding of consciousness and the intelligence available beyond the individual mind, whether understood through the lens of ancestral wisdom, soul-level knowing, or the emerging science of energy fields and interconnection.
Underpinning all of it is relational neuroscience, the understanding of how our nervous systems are shaped by relationship and how healing happens in the context of safety, attunement, and presence.

It's always both.
The separation between physical and emotional is one we have inherited from a medical model that treats the body and the mind as distinct systems. Energy therapy starts from a different place entirely. The body holds what the mind has not yet been able to process, and the emotions we carry show up in the body as tension, pain, fatigue, or dysregulation. Thought patterns and behaviours are part of this same picture. The thing you keep doing even though you know better, the reactive response even though you're trying really hard to start a new habit of pausing first, beliefs that you think are true even though other people tell you otherwise - all of this, and more, lives in the body and the nervous system, and all of it is within the scope of this work.
What I notice in practice is that when something shifts energetically, the physical, emotional, mental, and behavioural all shift together. Not always in the same session, and not always in a straight line, but they move as one system because that is what we are.
I do not separate these dimensions because the body does not separate them. Whatever you bring, we follow what is actually there rather than fitting it into a category.

Ever since I was tiny I have felt drawn to healing, to energy, to knowing things about people and sometimes about what was coming. I did not know what to do with any of that, and somewhere along the way of growing up I lost connection with it.
I became a parenting coach, and it was there that I first understood what was missing. Parents would leave sessions knowing exactly what they wanted to change and why, and then willpower would run out and the old patterns would return. Something deeper needed to shift, and coaching was not reaching it.
Then at a business networking event I came across a demonstration of EFT. In that short demonstration I felt completely different in my body and in my emotions. It blew me away. I trained as an EFT practitioner, began working with my parenting coaching clients using it, and the results were phenomenal.
From there I found Emotion Code, grew more confident in my own intuitive gifts, and then during lockdown a friend pointed me toward constellation work. I fell in love with it. In 2025 I was invited to a three hour introduction to Emergent Constellations and I just knew it was the next step for me. I spent the following year training as a facilitator.
The horse work found me through a mare called Erin, who I cared for from 2017. She taught me how to work with horses in a way I could not have learned from any course. Erin died in February 2024, and April came next and she continues to guide me. Others at the yard started asking me for help with their horses and dogs and this aspect of my work has developed from there.
Energy therapy and intuitive energy healing touch parts so deep, in such a gentle way, that it is a no-brainer for me.
